About this house rental
Our unit is just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of all the fun Ocean City has to offer. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance!
The space:
This property is a 9 bedroom duplex and this listing is for the lower unit consisting of 4 bedrooms. Please message us if you'd like us to send you the VRBO listing for the upper 2-floor unit with 5 bedrooms.
In this unit, you'll find an open concept living/dining area with a big flat screen tv and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to a large balcony. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on this level. 2 of 4 bedrooms have access to the back balcony.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire unit. We will email you an access code for the smart lock on the door and you can come and go as you please.
Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.
Beach tags are needed to access the beach during in-season rentals (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

Great location next to the north end of the OC Boardwalk! House and kitchen furnishings are a bit dated

We loved that the house was steps to the boardwalk and beach. So convenient. Everything you need is stocked in the kitchen. Patio was on the street to people watch and see what's going on. We had a good time during our stay.
