Located just three short blocks from the beach and boardwalk, one block from Starbucks, one block from Wawa, restaurants, and downtown shops.
The 12th street beach location has lifeguards and access to public bathroom for the long days on the beach. Our house also has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water for washing down from the beach.
Our home has all of the latest amenities to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. It comes with 6 beach tags, beach chairs, boogie boards, pull cart for spending the whole day at the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops for the morning walk to get coffee and breakfast.
Don't forget about our roof deck!! Beautiful views of Ocean City from the top of the house. The roof deck is private only available to you (not shared with the bottom floor). Perfect for sun bathing during the day and star gazing at night.

We stayed here over the thanksgiving weekend. The house was very clean and well maintained. Mike was very responsive. The house is in an excellent location with breakfast options and close to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again

Great location! Walkable to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants/shopping. Property was clean and up to date. It had everything we needed and my kids appreciated the beach toys and boogie boards.

Nice rental, clean, good block. Walkable to shops, beach, boardwalk. We liked that beach chairs and umbrella was provided by hosts. Overall would recommend this home. Great for smaller family.
