About this apartment rental
LOCATION! This is a perfectly located large second floor 4 large bedroom, 3 full bath condominium-across the street from boardwalk and ocean with fantastic views. This features two very large master bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. In addition are two more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds which are located on either side of the 3rd full bathroom. There is also a large couch which pulls out to a queen size bed in the living room.
This condo has a huge living room with an oversized sofa, a large flat screen, and a beautiful front balcony for relaxing, eating, or watching the moon rise over the ocean. Enjoy the large dining area with a huge dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably, along with a smaller table near the front windows with seating for 4. Full kitchen—coffee pot, kcup machine, blender etc. all the cooking accessories you will need. There are 3 stools at snack bar and full sized washer and dryer in laundry room. Stairs up to the unit are enclosed.
Outside there is an enclosed private shower for rinsing off after the beach, and 2 spaces for off street parking off a private alley. The location at 13th street is in the middle of Ocean City within walking distance to downtown, playgrounds, restaurants and activities and of course the boardwalk and beach are right across the street with easy beach access! This is a beautiful open concept, well maintained rental in the heart of Ocean City that can easily accommodate two families!

Gorgeous house right on Ocean Ave., near the boardwalk and the ocean. The home is very spacious, clean and modern. The host could not have been more gracious and communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend this host and this house!
