About this apartment rental

Three blocks from the beach and three blocks from Asbury shops and restaurants, this lovely 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms condo sleeps 8. A king bed, queen bed, and 2 sets of twin bunks beds will fit two families. Large outdoor deck area to relax and enjoy your nights. Newer kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new living room set, and new smart TV will help you all feel at home. We hope you will enjoy as much as we do!

We had a wonderful time! The house is in a great location as it’s close to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. Everything is walkable. We celebrated our daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday with her friends and the bunk room was ideal for them. The house has nice updates and we appreciated that it had a key pad for entry so no need to carry a physical key. The owner, Jim, is a great communicator and is quick to respond to texts although, fortunately, we had very few issues. The only downside was daily construction taking place across the alley way. Work began around 7:30-8:00am each weekday and it was disturbing. This, of course, has nothing to do with the owners and is out of their control. To sum it up, great house, great location, great stay!

Clean and tidy. Spacious deck and bathrooms. Perfect location for easy access to boardwalk and beach. Owner sent welcome message and was responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Super clean accomodations, great location, and most importantly best hosts! Our quick family vacation couldn't have been better! Great communication from the owners and super easy booking. Planning on returning again next year, this time, LONGER!!
