Located in the center of 'America's Greatest Family Resort' and just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, our home has all of the latest amenities to make your family stay a vacation you will always remember.

Just park your car in one of the two off-street parking spots and put away the keys. You can walk to the boardwalk (play land, music pier), beach (with lifeguards and bathroom), shopping (downtown OC), and restaurants (Manco and Manco, Boyers Market, Ice Cream, Fractured Prune, etc...)
Ocean City, known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean, is 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected and there are dedicated surfing beaches. The 2.5 mile boardwalk is loaded with fun things to do, including, but not limited to; amusement piers, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a water park and the music pier, an entertainment venue for concerts and other events. In addition there is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals.

Our stay was excellent. Our place was very nice and clean when we arrived. Having both porches was nice. Having her own bathroom was nice also.

I've never written a review like this and I've stayed at a lot of beach rentals and the experiences were perfectly pleasant. First, the front door can't be secured from the inside, which means that a child can open it during the night and just leave. It only locks from the outside. There's a chain but the door opens wide enough for a small child to slip through. I messaged Robert about this and he didn't reply. Later he said the door is perfectly fine. We had to
push a nightstand in front of it at night to feel remotely comfortable sleeping. The next day the AC was only cooling the place to 78. Since Robert hadn't answered my last message, I called VRBO. They opened a case and said to contact Robert. Later, Robert would become very angry that I told VRBO and he would refuse to communicate further. Meanwhile, I have never encountered this situation and that's what VRBO told me to do. The forecast was supposed to be 103 the next day (Labor Day) so we felt that we had to basically flee for the health of my children. Our baby had already thrown up from the heat but it was tolerable enough to stay one more night. Robert later messaged me to say that the technician DID find a problem and the condenser was rusted. He said the AC wouldn't have worked well enough. He felt bad and asked what compensation I wanted. Then he wrote back saying he only offered that before he knew I called VRBO. I booked 7 nights and stayed 2.
