A south facing apartment, located in the Spirit de Mojacar urbanization. The urbanization is very well maintained with gardens, swimming pool and community Jacuzzi. The apartment is located on the first floor with views of the pool from the terrace. The apartment contains a bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom, a large living / dining room, and an equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning that comes out in the living room and in the bedroom. The urbanization is 400m from the Lance beach in Mojacar Playa and has many restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

El piso está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. Lo hemos encontrado limpio y hemos intentado dejarlo igual siguiendo las instrucciones de vrbo por el Covid-19.

El apartamento es muy completo y espacioso, la piscina muy bonita con socorrista, zona tranquila que se descansa muy bien. Lo unico que no nos ha gustado han sido los mosquitos pero usando medios para evitar picaduras solucionado. La ubicación es perfecta, todo cerca.

Todo ha ido perfecto!!! Vivienda muy bien cuidada, en una urbanización tranquila, sin ruidos y con muy buena localización. Para repetir!!

Had a great time, the hill is a little steep but if you take it steady it’s ok, Deborah was very helpful, the only thing for me was the mosquitos I was bitten a lot. I’m going to have to ask next time if an apartment has screens, but on the whole mojacar is a beautiful place and we had a great time
