A terraced house in the area of Playa del Cantal. The house is close to the beach and is located in an urbanization containing only 13 houses. The community has a community tennis court. In 2019 there is no community pool
From the living room there is a terrace of approximately 30 square meters. On the first floor there are both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. The second bedroom has a balcony and from there you can access the private solarium with panoramic views of the coast.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Beautiful resort, house was excellent
Only downside was that it was at the very top of an extremely steep hill

We enjoyed our stay here the property in self was had a nice layout with plenty of space it was clean in general but feel like no-one had stayed there for a while and could had done with a little sweep around and lovely views there is a couple of hills to walk to get there so bear that in mind over all we had a good holiday and nice comfortable stay

Relación calidad/precio aceptable, el apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos y tiene buena ubicación (mucho ocio cerca). Otro año repetiremos destino
