About this apartment rental

This is a pretty apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens and shared swimming pool on a small complex.

It has a front entrance and french windows off the saloon area onto its own private terrace with built in BBQ, and faces the gardens and pool. It is all on the ground floor which makes access easy. It is light and airy and feels more like a small house rather than an apartment. It is 600 meters (7/9 min walk) to the beach front, shops, restaurants and amenities. It has free on street parking. The apartment is situated on a no through road and therefore has no passing traffic.

We purchased the apartment in 2017 and it has been newly painted through out. The refurbished bathroom is modern, and includes a washing machine.
The kitchen is newly fitted and has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hob and dishwasher. It is well equipped with kitchen utensills.

The main bedroom has a kings size bed, and air conditioning. It also has a french window, and louvered shutters opening on to a small front garden.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning and has a smaller window and louvered shutters also overlooking the front garden.

The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, hand basin and washing machine.

The main sitting area has a dinning table which extends to seat 6

Our apartment is suitable for couples and families but out of respect to our neighbours we do not take groups of 6 people.

For people travelling with babies I can provide a travel cot and baby bath as long as you let me know first.

The complex has a mixture of families and young people renting, thus peace and quiet can not be guaranteed especially in the hight of the season.

Fabulous apartment. Air conditioning in all rooms. Pool and gardens very well maintained and presented. Apartment spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great patio area. Central location to bars, restaurants, bus routes. A fabulous stay in Mojacar Playa!

Great apartment in a quiet location. Tidy ground floor apartment with a sunny terrace. Fully working kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. AC and fans in all main rooms.The pool and garden were beautiful and clean and no further than 20 steps from the apartment!We worked some during our stay and the WiFi was excellent.Our host was fantastic with clear communication for check in/out. They left a lovely welcome pack and some accessories to get us started (washing tablets, dishwasher tabs, shampoo etc)As regulars to the area, we found the location to be ideal for our daily activities. Parking was easily accessible and a 6 minute downhill walk to the playa.We loved it so much we've already booked our return!

We spent a wonderful month in a beautiful apartment in Mojácar, and it was simply fantastic! Communication with the lovely host Elizabeth was excellent—she was kind, helpful, and left some thoughtful treats for us upon arrival, which made us feel instantly welcome.The apartment is located in a peaceful area and had absolutely everything we needed—very well equipped and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a real bonus during the warm days. The pool is superb, clean, and just a few steps away. The only minor issue was that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our taste, but since there was an extra bedroom, this wasn’t a problem for us at all.The beach is about 600 meters away, so quite manageable, but we were very happy to have brought our electric bikes for getting around easily, and the car came in handy for day trips and beach outings.Mojácar Playa is a wonderful place to enjoy great food, vibrant nightlife, and total relaxation.Some of our favorite tips: visit Mojácar Pueblo (charming!), the market in Garrucha, the beach at Ventanicas-El Chantal, a day trip to Carboneras (amazing beach), and don’t miss Vera and its surroundings.Jardines de Indalo is definitely a place we would love to return to. It was an unforgettable stay!

Clean, tidy property. Comfy, large bed. Good facilities. Nice outside patio. BBQ. Lovely swimmimg pool and garden. Walk to centre of resort. Slight hill.
