An apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living / dining room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a terrace with panoramic sea views. Guests have access to the community pool and the apartment is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the beach.
The apartment has private parking in front and is located in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance.
There is a room between the living room and the terrace which has a bed for a fifth person.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Excelente en todo, he ido con mi familia 2 semanas, el piso lo tiene todo para pasar una agradable estancia, a parte de unas vistas estupendas, tiene todo lo necesario, hasta tiene los implementos para ir a la playa, sillas, sombrilla, entre otros q nos hicieron más confortable nuestro viaje.
Lo recomiendo al 100% nosotros quedamos muy contentos, volveremos.

Llevaba mucho tiempo necesitando unas buenas vacaciones para poder desconectar y la elección ha sido acertada. El mejor lugar para reencontrarse con uno mismo.

Super Lage, insbesondere die Aussicht. Allerdings Mängel in der Ausstattung hinsichtlich Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Beide an der Grenze zur Funktionsfähigkeit.
Mülleimerboden gebrochen.
