This townhouse overlooking the sea benefits from a beautiful large pool. master bedroom with direct access to a spectacular rooftop terrace with panoramic sea views. Second and third rooms which are quite small with a single bed and an additional bed in each. Floor and 1st floor bathrooms. Spacious lounge with dining area furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Flat-screen 32-inch and DVDs with English and Spanish stations. Patio doors lead to the front terrace which has a beautiful granite dining with a retractable awning for shade when needed. fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The house is less than 2 minutes walk from the beach, local cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of Mojacar Playa. With an elevated position will have uninterrupted sea views, however, it is lovely and quiet. Ideal for families.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

I have been coming to mojacar every year since I was about 12. I'm now 33..
This is the second time we have stayed in this townhouse and it is the best accommodation we have stayed in to date. Perfect location and the nicest complex. We will definitely be booking again

Property was fine (ish) . Description was awful. No mention of garage, no mention of lift from street level.
Fittings in bathrooms were loose, downstairs bathroom had wires dangling for the wall.
Pots and pans were cheap, with handles loose, and too rusty to fix.
Rooftop area was sparse with broken sun longer (unuseable)
In one of the bedrooms with 2 single beds, there was no room to put the beds side by side, we had to move wardrobe and chest of drawers and place the bed send to end which made access to the wardrobe difficult.
Bidet in downstairs bathroom did not function (no hot water)
Response to reported problems was good and problems resolved (except bidet problem).
Advertised swimming pool was unavailable.
