About this chalet rental
This is a modern 3-bedroom townhouse located in an exclusive gated community just minutes away from Blue Flag beaches, bars, restaurants, and sports activities.
The villa itself has one double bedroom with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each. It features a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, and two bathrooms—one with a shower stall and one with a bathtub and overhead shower. The property is spread over two floors.
Neither Rentmojacar nor its representatives are liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the provision of any public service.
There is a garden and terrace at the back of the villa that gets sun for most of the day. There is also a driveway for one car. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is a large outdoor community pool, with a wading pool for younger children, as well as tennis courts.
Off-site, there are two excellent large supermarkets within a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive, as well as restaurants, shops, and a water park.
Our office hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key pickup is available from a key drop box in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, crib rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
