The location, the pool and gardens.
Only 1 sun lounger, but it sleeps 4. Had to buy a sharp knife, theirs were blunt. Fridge freezer needed replacing as the freezer handed was missing, as was the storage in the fridge door, so if you opened a bottle you couldn't put it back in the fridge. The bin in the kitchen didn't have a lid, so attracted flies. The lounge didn't have a bin, and both of the bathroom bins had broken lids. The property was in need or a good tidy up.

Strandnah, 2 Bäder plus Gäste Wc. Tolle Umgebung und ruhige Sackgasse. Schöne Dachterrasse mit alten Polstern. Der Strand in 200 Metern ist breit und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Medical Center und Apotheke in 3 min. ereichbar.
Keine Spülmaschine, das Haus ist von der Ausstattung sehr abgewohnt. Küchezeile müsste erneuert werden. Im Winter keine Sonne auf der unteren Terrasse. Auf der Dachterrasse nur nachmittags, da eine hohe Wand angrenzt.

El alojamiento estaba genial, la tranquilidad de la zona, los vecinos del complejo, la facilidad de aparcamiento y el buen estado de las instalaciones.
Creo que deberían poner un ventilador de techo como el de las habitaciones en el salón, nosotros no abrimos la puerta del salón hacia la piscina porque el perro no pudiera molestar a los vecinos y se echó en falta. El aire acondicionado del salón estaba con los filtros totalmente obstruidos que lo limpiamos y hacía un poco más efecto pero creemos que se ha quedado sin gas.
