A two bedroom townhouse in a quiet urbanization with communal pool. The house is within walking distance of the beach and is close to a great selection of bars, restaurants, beach bars and shops. The house is equipped with wifi and also with English and Spanish television channels. The house has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a family bathroom, living / dining room and kitchen.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Rentmojacar SL Property management, its representatives or its subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time with due consideration to the convenience of the tenant for the purpose of changing clothes, inspection of the property and to carry out any essential or routine repair or maintenance work.

The house was lovely, but there was a man that made us feel very uncomfortable around the pool he shouted at my granddaughter and accused us of having glass , which we didn’t, there was broken glass by the step that also had nothing to do with us but he reported us to the letting agent.
