Access to the apartment
This apartment is located on the 5th floor (penthouse level) of a complex with a pool on Turina Street and Palangre Street. Parking is available on both streets. There is an outdoor staircase (one flight of stairs) to reach the apartment.

There is elevator access at the entrance to the complex to go down to the pool. From the pool area, there is another flight of stairs leading down to Alhambra Street, and from there, the beach is very close.

Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants, and other points of interest in this part of Mojácar.
Las Ventanicas Beach is a long stretch of fine sandy beaches dotted with beach bars that offer umbrella and lounge chair rentals.
There is also a 2.5-km boardwalk that runs from the end of Mojácar Playa to the Red Cross roundabout.
