This is a top floor apartment comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and lounge-diner with patio doors leading out to fantastic south facing terrace with amazing sea views.
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom at far end of circular corridor with en suite shower room and access to circular terrace. Double bed ( 1.35 m), wardrobes and bedside night tables. TV Set showing Spanish TV and UK channels ( as per main TV set in lounge). Air conditioning.
Bedroom 2
Middle bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and lamp, chest & wardrobe and access to terrace. Also TV set. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 ( closer to lounge)
has a double bed and one single bed, TV set and access to terrace. Air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels provided.
En suite full bathroom with master bedroom.
Separate full family shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge , freezer and all kitchen utensils, breakfast bar and lounge with access to large terrace.
Terrace: south facing terrace with fantastic views towards mountains and sea and the swimming pool below. It is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs, 3 sun loungers, sun umbrella, awning and portable BBQ.

This apartment is in a residential complex called Alcazaba, on the 5th Floor ( top floor) of a community with swimming pool in Calle Turina and Calle Palangre. Easier parking on Calle Turina but a longer way from beach. Once you reach the community gate, there is a set of steps going up to the front door of this apartment. Street parking only.
The community gate will lead you in to lift to go up and down to the pool area. From pool area there is another set of steps going down to Calle Alhambra and from there the beach is only a short walk.

Fabulous property, in a perfect location! Apartment had everything we needed; amazing views from the terrace, great pool area and just a short stroll down to the beach front. The only negative is the lack of parking near the property, but this does not spoil the fantastic property and all it has to offer!

The apartment is very homely and had everything we needed. The view is stunning and the pictures dont do it justice. Bbq and patio are fab. The area to the beach is a 4 min walk from the pool but coming back its up hill so a little longer especially in the heat! Having 2 fridges was handy as we could stock up! Pool is clean and not usually busy with the guests and residents friendly. Its a quiet complex and area in general so wouldn't advise for louder party folks!! The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh but were clean. We had a small issue with bedding but the agents sorted it promptly. We'd definitely stay again. Such a lovely spot. Thanks for a fab holiday!
