The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, it has a full bathroom with bath, toilet & shower upstairs and a double bed with a single bed in the one bedroom upstairs. The sofa downstairs can be laid flat into a double bed. The 2 balconies upstairs are spacious and definitely appreciated, the terrace downstairs is large and private. It was nice to get a good view over the mountains and the bonus of the close location to the beach and pool was great! The manager was very responsive with message & always kind in our communication.

We paid our booking in full online and then asked for check in details. They contacted through WhatsApp and asked to pay a further deposit of €100 in order for us to receive the information on how to check in, we were just about to arrive there & had already paid in full, we had no choice but to give this extra €100 & then had to send confirmation of the payment, and our passport documents to them via WhatsApp. Finally we were then given check in details. When we arrived, there were huge bugs inside the door and a massive spider. The toilet door downstairs doesn't close. The beds are very firm & uncomfortable. The washing machine doesn't operate to wash or spin, only to fill water but not turn the barrel. There is no water boiler for making tea and no drinkable water provided, luckily we had already bought some & I just used a big cooking pot to boil water for tea. The pool entry keys didn't work but a nice cleaner on site let us use hers. When the washing machine didn't work I sent a video to alert the manager only to be told that i was wrong and it does work and is brand new, I tried it again, but it doesn't wash or spin at all. So we had wet dirty clothes we had to drip dry and rewash when we left. The shower curtain in the main bathroom is very dirty. And the soap dispenser had some kind of brown film over the soap so we were unable to use the handwash provided as it had been filled with some strange liquid. The living room sliding doors downstairs to go outside to the terrace don't have a functional lock, so it made us feel a bit unsafe to leave things there and go out to enjoy the location. There were no outside furniture to the terrace downstairs and wasn't able to be used at all for outside dining. The electricity was turned off when we arrived so the refrigerator took many hours to cool down and spoiled some of our groceries.

La casa no es demasiado cómoda, el sofá del salón se hace cama, pero se clavan todos los muelles y no es cómodo ni como sofá ni como cama. El aseo del piso de abajo es tan pequeño que cuando entras al WC te das con el lavabo. El menaje de la cocina no está limpio y además está deteriorado. En cuanto al dormitorio dispone de cama de matrimonio y cama individual, la única que usamos fue la de matrimonio y es muy incómodo el colchón porque se clavan todos los muelles. En cuanto al baño de arriba no llega apenas presión y es difícil ducharse, además que la alcachofa de la ducha se encontraba rota y dispersaba el agua, hay que decir que tampoco se encontraba demasiado limpio y bastante antiguo. Hay que decir que dispone de varios apartamentos y al que me refiero yo es al 101 que es en el que me alojé. En cuanto a la fianza que hay que dar, no me.gusto que tuviera que estar detrás de ellos para la devolución habiendo dejado la casa el sábado no llego hasta el martes, habiendo hoy en día transferencias inmediatas.
