Fantastic balcony with beautiful view.

Shower leaks onto the floor and shower tray is cracked so presumably water is getting under the shower tray, this could explained the strong musty smell in the second bathroom which we didn’t use because of the smell. Bathroom door won’t shut - again because it’s swollen due to water damage. Stained cushions.

Fantastic terrace and views. Good size apartment. Contains practically everything you need for a short or long stay. Very peaceful area and complex.

Needs a little updating internally and with lounge furniture on terrace. . There's a steep uphill walk from the seafront and 3 flights of stairs from the carpark. Fine for us but may be an issue for others. Kitchen area is pretty small with very little counter space for food preparation. Also the extractor fan in kitchen was not working or the extractor in the main bathroom where the shower tray is. No air conditioning units in bedroom only overhead fans. This time of year is fine but in summer could be an issue.

Las vistas son de ensueño,el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado, tenía todos los enseres en perfecto funcionamiento, no faltó ni un detalle, hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable y sin duda repetiremos en el futuro, totalmente recomendable, la persona encargada Chus un encanto de mujer.
