A 60-square-meter ground-floor apartment with a landscaped terrace (60 square meters) on a corner lot, 120 meters from Las Ventanicas Beach in Mojácar. It is located in the Cantal Homes development (new construction) on the beachfront in Mojácar.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 people. The terrace features two areas: a dining area and a chill-out zone with lounge chairs for your relaxation and rest. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy partial views of the beach and beautiful mountain views.
