The apartment has a great location. Only 500m up the hill from the beach and a range of good restaurants and bars. Ideal for breakfast or lunch at Titos. The view is lovely, the area clean and quiet and the air con' in the apartment is very efficient. The washing machine came in handy and the kitchen is adequately equipped for a short stay. Parking is ample though I would leave your car in the front car park as at the back of the apartment the space is REALLY tight, but fine for motorbikes or very small cars. The apartment was clean but is getting quite tired and new pictures should be taken to reflect this, or the sofa upgraded and the kitchen drawers mended. If you have mobility problems be aware that the hill is a little steep from the beach and then there are several steps to the apartment... we were fine until one of our group broke his leg!... but we were able to hire a well powered mobility scooter on the beach so that problem was solved.
Having visited family in Mojacar over the last 30yrs I have stayed in dozens of properties. I would describe this one as good not excellent as the images show the property to be bigger and newer than it is. There are no beds by the pool and only 2 beach chairs that could be taken down to the pool but this is not enough for a property that sleeps 4. There was some confusion as to whether the pool was actually open as we were staying at the start of the season. I found the pool man and he opened the locked gate at our side of the complex. So check before you book as we did not see any dates for the pool opening when booking and we booked because there was a pool. There is absolutely no hanging in the twin bedroom... hooks on the wall would be better than nothing but there is enough room to add a small IKEA style hanging rail.

Great location close to everything.
It was clean and very well equipped. Fantastic view. The rooms were good sizes and comfortable beds.
No hairdryer, and not advertised that the pool is closed as out of season it should state that the pool is closed on the booking.
