Mojacar - Character villa 2 large bedrooms. Breathtaking view.

The property is up a steep hill (so you'll need a car or to be fit and ready for a hill walk). You round the corner and straight onto the parking space which is ample.Through the front door and you find one bedroom on your left and the shared bathroom on the right. Ahead is the lounge dinner and through there you pass through the sliding doors onto the terrace and then the views hit you.Wow.You can dine on the terrace or sit at the table and chairs and soak up the views.The terrace is spacious and nicely set out but you'll need to avoid the cactus! Over to the is the pool which has a deep and shallow end and some sun loungers around it. The terrace is pretty private and you feel like you have all the space to yourselves.The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the en-suite is nice and modern.Overall this is a real gem of a place. It has everything a couple needs and the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need.Loved this place. You have what feels like a peaceful country retreat, magnificent sea views and easy access to the vibe of Mojacar.

Easy check in. Wow , what a view. A perfect location for a private get-away in this popular beach town. Communication on all aspects of out stay were great. The house is well equipped for two couples to enjoy Mojacar. Will recommend it to friendd.

A quiet relaxing spot perched on a hillside overlooking the sea. I’ve never enjoyed my morning coffee more!

The villa is up an incredibly steep hill, much further up than we thought on the map. We had to hire a car, otherwise we would not have enjoyed our holiday. There was a good amount of parking for the car plus under cover and gates for my husband and his friend to keep their motorbikes dry and safe.The pool was smaller than expected but was very well kept, clean and the maintenance man came on Wednesday to clean it. We used it a few times and it was nice to have it. There was only 3 sun beds and 3 cushions - strange when our booking was for 4. One of the sun beds was broken, however my husband found a brand new one in the storage place, so we used that.The villa was very clean, however it is rather dated inside. The double bedroom was large with a comfy double bed and lots of storage. The on-suite looked new and was very nice. The twin bedroom, was a good size but our friend said the mattress kept moving, but was comfy. The 2nd bathroom as also newish and good.The kitchen had everything you wanted, cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Lots of crockery, glasses , cups and utensils but not matching.The villa has stunning views and was very peaceful and relaxing outside. There was undercover dining and seating, if you want to get out of the sun.Unfortunately, we did have an issue with cockroaches on 3 occasions, they appear to be coming up the drain in the shower. There was cockroaches spray under the sink, so it appears ghis must be an issue.
