About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment located 400 m from the sandy beach (8 minutes on foot).
The apartment is on the 2nd and last floor of a unique, private, secure and very well maintained complex. Exceptional view!
The apartment is really spacious (80 m² interior) and also has several 'large' terraces (85 m²). The obvious advantage of its terraces is the possibility of choosing more shade or sun throughout the day. In addition, each of its furnished terraces offers exceptional views at all hours of the day!
The apartment has a private solarium offering over 45 m² with a breathtaking 360 ° view of the region, the mountains, the swimming pools or even the sea itself. You will see, you will love it!
The apartment also benefits from air conditioning in the living room and in each of the bedrooms (independent electronic airco and individual remote controls).

Leather and fabric "L" shaped seating area (convertible into a comfortable double bed) equipped with furniture with flat screen TV, DVD / Blu-Ray player, and internet via wifi (* 1).
Dining room, full-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, traditional oven, ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, microwave combined grill, various small household appliances such as a coffee machine, a toaster / toaster, immersion blender, juicer, etc.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with WC, bath and shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed if necessary) with a small balcony (view of the swimming pool). A second shower room with sink and WC adjoins this 2nd bedroom.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (independent airco).

The complex has two beautiful pools and two paddling pools for small children (with salt water). In summer, all swimming pools are accessible 24 hours a day from May 31 to October 31. In winter, only one swimming pool remains open and accessible. Bikes can also be rented on the complex.
The apartment also has private parking in the basement (ideal during summer heat).
If you come without a car, you can find small shops, restaurants and shops within 300 meters. In addition, a regular bus service exists nearby allowing you to get closer to a range of activities such as: restaurants, shops, various marina, the aquatic park of Vera, a Karting site, sports centers. , swimming pool, tennis and other activities, ... all very easy to access.
The region also offers many possibilities for water sports, cycling in difficult desert terrain, horse riding, caving and karting.
Golf is very popular in Puerto Rey. The apartment is located only a few kilometers from very large golf courses like: Desert Springs, Val D'Este and Cortijo but it is also close to many other lesser known sites. Staying in Puerto-Rey is in itself an excellent place to practice golf, even more so in winter.
Even if the car is not essential, we recommend that you hire a car to venture further afield and to appreciate the many traditional neighboring villages such as Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera Ville, Villaricos, Carboneras and San Juan. Another great stay at this lovely apartment Really hot in September and cooler towards November obviously so able to start with the beach and end with the sightseeing and culture of the surrounding areas Apartment is very well equipped with very good Wi-Fi and kitchenware Isabelle is very easy to contact via WhatsApp and very quick to respond The complex is a mix of residential second homes and letting mainly Spanish and tranquil There is a great bar at the end of the road Leon cyber cafe with a very good Indian restaurant opposite and a Merca china bazaar next doorWe really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Vera in the near future

If youre looking for peace and tranquility to recharge this is definitely the place. The apartment was truly immaculate, very well stocked with kitchen appliances and leftover basic cupboard rations like herbs, salt, sugar, oil coffee, tea. Very clean and loads of outdoor space. The complex also has great facilities, with two pools to choose from. The reason we gave the area a four star is because it was a little further from the beach than we thought originally, although still walking distance about 10 min walk. In addition, you had to walk that far to hit any restaurants. Furthermore, we noticed the timings of the restaurants were a bit tricky for us as none of them (and we tried many during the week) appeared to be serving food before 20.00. This is however a personal preference as we are early eaters. And this might have also been because we went just out of peak holiday time, in the first week of September. For these reasons we definitely made use of our hire car, to go to markets in other close by towns and explore other beaches. For a basic hire price of 50 (90 with insurance online price), this was the best 90 we spent.Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would readily return.

We really enjoyed our stay here so much so by the third week we booked again for next year
The area is very tranquil at this time of the year with few holiday makers which we preferred
Isabelle was contactable almost immediately with her replies and also sending us info on some local beauty spots
The apartment has everything you could want and more and the patios and roof top offer all day sun or shade if you prefer
Looking forward to next year!!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and only made our vacation more enjoyable.
