Beautiful apartment on the first floor with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom (washing machine), equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, microwave, 2 fridges), dining room and lounge, television ( French and Spanish), internet, a beautiful 20m² terrace with a 6-seater table and a barbecue overlooking a magnificent garden and its swimming pool reserved only for the residence. Sea view. Beach at 50m.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Excellent location for beach access and plenty of local restaurants. Pool and surroundings well maintained and beautifully kept.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 5 weeks and has everything you could possibly need for self catering. Beach chairs were even provided. It was very clean and spacious. The area is fairly quiet, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I absolutely loved the south facing balcony and the stunning sea view. We did not use the pool area due to the weather and it being out of season, but it looked clean and inviting. If I was to return to Mojacar I would definately. book this apartment again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Although the house is a little dated it has everything you need. Excellent location and views from the balcony. Will definitely book again !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and really close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lovely beach also close by. Highly recommended!
