A modern apartment on the ground floor, with private wifi, community pool and community tennis court. The apartment is located in Pueblo Laguna just 50m from the beach with restaurants, the promenade, and bars very close. The beaches of Las Marinas are very beautiful and you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes.
The urbanization is closed with the pool in front of the community with the tennis court next door.
THE COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE 15 AND SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY. OUT OF THESE DATES THERE IS NO ACCESS.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Nice apartment close to the beach

The property was as described and was perfect for our stay. Very close to the entrance to the urbanisation and the pool which was great. We were a little disappointed that there were no basic items left for us to use such as some soap in the bathroom or at least 1 new cloth & a little washing up liquid or a tea towel to wash up before getting to a shop. Although we never cooked during our stay there appeared to be a reasonable selection of kitchenware. There were plenty of plates and cutlery. The shop and bar opposite were closed during our stay so we had to walk a distance in the heat to get any shopping. I would consider staying here again however I would highly recommend having own transport to travel as there isn't a great variety of places to go or visit on foot. We did use the local bus service a couple of times which was reasonable and very handy.

El apartamento es para dos personas y tiene de todo. La zona colectiva es con sombra todo el día si se pone el toldo y es fresca. Con aire acondicionado y ventilador.
