A townhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living / dining room and open kitchen. Outside is a large terrace at the entrance to the front door. The community is well maintained with a large community pool and a playground. The house is located within walking distance to the beaches of Vera and has several bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.
There is a bus stop to go to Garrucha, Vera Pueblo and Mojacar easily if you do not have a car.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Quiet area in the winter as mostly holiday rentals which suited us. Lovely location for local bars and restaurants with only a short stroll to the beach. Easy and safe to park on the main or side roads. The apartment has everything you need but would benefit from an airing before renting in the winter months. Lovely outside area with cover for hot days. Good base for exploring all the area has to offer.

La casa está muy bien, nueva y equipada. La estancia a sido muy agradable.
Por poner un pero, sería necesario más menaje de cocina, renovar la ropa de baño y lavavajillas.
Seguro que repetiremos.

La casa está muy bien equipada y la zona es tranquila muy cerca de la playa.
La piscina comunitaria está en la puerta de la casa.
Muy recomendable para familias con niños.

La urbanización es muy bonita y tranquila. Perfecta para familias con niños
El apartamento bien aunque le falta un poco de menaje de cocina y repuestos para sábanas.
Por lo demás bien, cómoda y limpia. Con wifi y aire acondicionado. Muebles y mensaje en buen estado
