About this apartment rental
Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, that sleeps up to 4 people with free WiFi. This family owned apartment is situated on a peaceful and private complex of Al Andalus Hills on the sunny Costa de Almeria, close to Vera Playa. Part of a friendly and fully secure community the apartment benefits from both a large outdoor & indoor pool and children's splash pool set in beautiful gardens. It also has a children’s play area and private parking. Offering an excellent base for your holiday, this apartment provides everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.
This air-conditioned apartment is furnished to a high standard featuring a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin room & bathroom, a spacious living/dining area, kitchen and a private front garden with a large terrace. The patio is south-west facing with excellent views of Mojacar Pueblo and the mountains, a sun trap during the shorter winter days. With winter temperatures of around 20C, this is an ideal retreat for the longer booking.
There is a good bus service to the nearby towns of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera Town and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a small waterpark are all within walking distance. The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk, and there are so many other beautiful beaches within a 10-20 minute drive that you could visit a different one every day of your holiday! A number of golf courses are close by including the world famous Desert Springs, Valle del Este and Marina Golf.
Our rates are such that you can still enjoy a fantastic relaxing holiday without the huge expense of restaurant meals every night. There is an abundance of fresh local produce from the harbour and markets if you prefer to eat in.
Our prices are for use of the apartment, not per person which includes water, so your holiday is easy to plan and budget. Electricity is included in the price during summer months. However, during winter months (Nov - Mar) or for longer term rentals, electricity is an additional charge, payable at the end of your stay.

The accommodation is available from 15h00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check-out is 10h00 at the latest. Time is needed to clean and prepare for the next guests. If possible, these schedules can be flexible.
There will be a charge of 25 euros for late arrivals after 18h00. The latest arrival time is at 19h00.

Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in bedrooms for all our things. Good shower and spacious bathrooms. The outside patio had a lovely view of the surrounding hillside and we enjoyed afternoon and evening sunshine with beautiful sunsets.During our stay we were able to use the indoor swimming pool which was lovely and warm and we swam nearly every day - brilliant.On the last 2 days of our stay we swam in the outside swimming pool - also very nice.Just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, we visited Cosito's cafe/bar - great for a coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening - they also had live music there occasionally during our stay.Apartment was easy to get to - we didn't have a car, but local buses were regular and stopped less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Supermarket an easy 15min walk, via the local nature reserve (lots of wildlife, including some beautiful flamingos), and a further 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, turn right for general beach or left towards Naturist beach. Also a number of other bars and restaurants next to the supermarket and a couple of small shops.lots of other lovely towns easily visited on the bus - our favourite was Garrucha but we also visited Palomares, Villaricos, Mojacar and the very picturesque Mojacar Pueblo.We had a lovely stay and communication was excellent with Victoria, our host and Gerd who met us at the apartment.
