A modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in Playas del Sur, Vera Playa. The apartment is 350m from the beach in an area with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The house is on the second floor and has air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room. The urbanization has a communal pool and playground for children. There is also a kitchenette with breakfast bar and lounge.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Una terraza grande en la que apenas había intimidad, veías todo lo que hacían los vecinos. Además, con la solana no había quién estuviera porque los dispositivos para resguardarse del sol, uno era corto, ( el toldo) y otro, no se facilitó su acceso. Había una manguerilla inutilizable porque estaba rota. Mucha dificultad para obtener turno en la piscina, al final, ni la pisamos.
Podría decir alguna cosilla más, pero bueno, la conclusión, que no nos gustó y muy caro para lo poco que disfrutamos.
