A townhouse located in Residencial Fuentemar, Vera Playa, 450m from the beach. The townhouse contains two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a living / dining room, the open kitchen, terrace and private solarium. It is located in a very nice urbanization with communal gardens and swimming pools. There are restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance in the area and there is the promenade to walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so.

Todo bien, baños cocina, salón y habitaciones.
La terraza de arriba no estaba limpia, el mobiliario de la terraza viejo y sucio, tiene n cuerda de tender y esta hecha polvo. No tiene ningún tendedero (vendría bien uno, para toallas y ropa.
Tampoco hay cortinas en las habitaciones. Falta de estantería en el baño. Y una manguera en el grifo del porche xra limpieza de
Lo bueno es el aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Casa amplia, limpia y con menaje suficiente.

Urbanización preciosa y segura. Genial el que esta casa tenga aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Todo perfecto: piscinas, jardines, vecinos,... Pero si hay que poner alguna pega es la falta de mobiliario en el comedor y en el baño: en el comedor solo había un taburete para la barra de la cocina y ni un solo cuadro ni estantería (el aparador sobre el que estaba la tele tenía las puertas cerradas y no se podía hacer uso de él): en el baño no había ni un solo lugar de almacenaje ni estantería para colocar los productos de higiene personal.
Por lo demás, genial!!! Buena localización, lugar tranquilo y familiar.
