A one bedroom apartment in the urbanization of Mirador de Vera. The urbanization, which is not a nudist urbanisation, is 50m from the beach more or less with sea views from the terrace. The apartment contains a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is equipped with wifi and television channels from Spain and England.
The apartment is located on the second floor with views of the community pool and playground. After the rest of the urbanization are the views of the sea.
The urbanization is located near supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the Vera Playa water park.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

lovely apartment, stunning view, central to everything,lovely decor. Fantastic Property Manger, Debbie Potter nothing was to much trouble. The biggest downside to the property is the lack of lift and 4 sets of stairs to the apartment, which was a huge problem for us as my husband needs a knee operation. I on the other hand used it as a work out because I wasn't getting my usual training in. lovely bedroom, very big bathroom, and kitchen is very small if you like cooking at home, it is lacking a lot of utensils. Would I go back I would love to ,accessibility to shops, beach and restaurants is fantastic. Atodavela bar is a must , lovely staff, fantastic live music and atmosphere, La Bodeguita del Mediofor food is fab. if there is no mobility issues a wonderful apartment
