Araliya OceanFront Condos Nilaveli, Trincomalee

We really enjoyed our stay at Araliya Oceanfront Condos. The apartment was spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for families or small groups. Having a washing machine was a big plus, especially if you’re travelling for a longer period. The beds were comfortable, and the pool area was beautifully maintained. The beach in front of the property is clean and pleasant, although it’s worth noting that it isn’t the picture-perfect “Maldives-style” beach some people might expect. The food at the hotel is fairly basic but perfectly fine. We preferred the cosy and affordable beachfront restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, especially if you’re looking for the convenience of a self-catering apartment combined with hotel facilities.

The access road to the property is in relatively poor condition, and the nearest ATMs are located along the main road, a short drive or tuk-tuk ride away.

Ruim, schoon appartement, mooi uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer. Appartement beschikte over twee fijne badkamers met regendouches. Prima niet te harde bedden met goed werkende airco’s in het gehele appartement. Het complex beschikt over een fijn zwembad, direct aan het strand gelegen. De tuin en het zwembad worden iedere dag goed onderhouden. In de nabije omgeving direct aan het strand, zijn een aantal prima strandtentjes om te eten. Je bereikt Trincomalee met de Tuktuk in circa 20/25 minuten. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zoals overal in Sri Lanka.

Located on a beautiful beach. Walking distance of beach restaurants and bars and the Dive Centre. Well maintained and pool was great.

Not enough beds to relax on. That is my only complaint.

Great location right on the beach with a huge pool onsite. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The only negative would be the kitchen was pretty old and not well stocked if you wish to cook.
