לא היו סבון / שמפו לרחצה, המזגן הראשי לא עבד. הטכנאי שהיה אמור להגיע עד 18:00 התעכב. החה לנו ממש חם! בקשתי לחשבוניצ טרם נענתה. עבןר המחיר הגבוהה שלקחו הייתי מצפה לשירות מצויין
