Habarana Tree House - Ivory cottage & spa lake view

Beautiful, peaceful location directly by the lake * Very clean room, comfortable bed, AC, hot water, fridge and coffee * Amazing homemade breakfast and dinner – the owner’s daughter-in-law is an excellent cook! * The owner and his family were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming ❤️ * They organized everything for us: safari, tuk-tuks, shopping and laundry * Great location for Sigiriya and safari trips – around 30 minutes away * You can relax by the lake, swim and go fishing * We loved it so much that we extended our stay for another night!

Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after.

The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating. They offered us a driver when we asked, they gave us dinner and breakfast. The dinner was amazing, breakfast was good. It’s family run and they’re so lovely, we loved our stay. They were so kind and brought our bags up to the rooms.

Shower wasn’t hot, but it was lukewarm.

The cottage was very quaint and in the jungle by a lake. It was a great experience to be surrounded by nature ! The hosts were exceptionally sweet and always accommodating. They made us packed breakfast for early morning rises and were always able to accommodate any needs.

The only issue was insects in the property which was expected given we were in the jungle
