The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He kindly allowed us to check in around 9:00 AM and even provided the room early without expecting any extra payment, which was greatly appreciated.
The property itself is a beautiful, cozy vintage-style house that offers a unique and memorable experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.
Breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this has been the best accommodation experience I’ve had so far. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and distinctive stay.

We have had a wonderful stay here. The place is truly unique and is situated in the beautiful green hills outside Kandy. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and had a great shower and a luxurious bath. The large balcony terrace offers a stunning view over the area and the pool. The garden pool offers a welcome refreshment after a warm day in Kandy. Our hosts Anusha and Kanchana were most welcoming and attentive, and we loved every Sri Lankan meal that Kanchana cooked for us. We have had a wonderful, beautiful, tranquil, delicious experience at Chaminrich Villa. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Sri Lanka.
It's sometimes a bit difficult to book a tuk tuk ride to Kandy because of the more remote location, but Kanchana and Anusha can help with this and so it is just a minor disadvantage.

Great stay! Anush and Chantchina were brilliant and attentive hosts. Food was very tasty and my room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful view from balcony and enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table. Highly recommend!

Our host and his wife were very welcoming and warm. The beautiful house in the mountains was stunning. Glorious gardens, pool and amazing indoor fish pond, feature. Optional home cooked dinner was perfect Sri Lankan food cooked by the host. Highly recommend to make you feel like it was your own home. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
