The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.

Beautiful location with magnificent views of the valley and city. Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom with a great shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The WiFi was inconsistent but that might have been a problem with the provider. Food was good and staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Such a great find. This property has such amazing views over Kandy. Great WiFi and Daniel the chef cooks some amazing food. Gobie helped us with some beer purchases. We had a nice relaxed stay at the Cloud. Gobie suggested a tuk tuk tour of the city, which we opted for, and we were delighted with our days sightseeing. The driver was very helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like was leaving the place!

It seems to be badly managed and deteriorating to be honest. Definitely not worth the money.
