    Although the hotel advertises parking facilities, there is no dedicated parking available for guests. We were forced to park our valuable vehicle on the public road in front of the hotel and pay an additional parking fee to the Municipal Council. Apart from the unexpected additional expense, leaving our vehicle on a public road overnight raised serious safety and security concerns. We were unable to sleep peacefully because we were worried about the safety of our vehicle throughout the night. Other than this issue, our stay was satisfactory. However, I would not recommend this hotel to guests travelling in their own vehicles unless proper and secure parking facilities are provided.

    That city hotel at the middle of Kandy city, easy to travel around the city. Room was clean and calm. We were at the top floor, so vehicle noice also very low to the room. If I come Kandy again, should keep in my mind to re-book this room.

    They didn’t provide a proper blanket. Room was big and just like the picture. The place where they hotel is a bit shady. The reception is on the 1st floor which makes it difficult to locate the hotel since there is no proper signboard. Very less hotel staff as well. The shutters go down (half closed) before midnight which makes it a bit weird.
