The spacious living room is a great way to reconnect and gather the family together while waiting for a hot meal or staying warm during the winter months. This home includes a fireplace, outdoor private hot tub, and a gas BBQ. There is also a 2 car garage and this home is within walking distance to the Deschutes River.
Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom in this one-story home houses two twin beds that can be turned into a king bed upon request.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom is the Primary bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. We hug Ave stayed in Sunriver several times, and this property really meet the needs of our family. We had our 1 year old granddaughter with us and a pet. They both enjoyed the property too.

We really liked this place. It was clean and had agreat location to water and paths. Little further from the village than we normally stay but only a couple mile bike ride. Beds are not super comfortable was really the only downside.
