This home includes a fireplace, outdoor private hot tub, and a gas BBQ. There is also a 2 car garage and this home is within walking distance to the Deschutes River.

The first bedroom in this one-story home houses two twin beds that can be turned into a king bed upon request.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom is the Primary bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
