About this house rental
Cozy family vacation Home is close to Mt Bachelor, Sno-Parks, Cascades Lakes, High Desert Museum, Lava Butte and Lava River Cave, Newberry National Volcanic Monument, Smith Rock State Park, downtown Bend, Sisters, Redmond and MANY other outdoorsy adventures, this home is close to all of the best Central Oregon spots. It also has everything you need. Book and Stay as long as you want to!
The pool is typically open starting Memorial Day weekend, from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M., and it closes at the end of the Summer. The pool is unsupervised, but posted rules must be followed. Be courteous and respectful of other users. Because of COVID 19, the openings can be delayed, or the schedule can be changed.
The space
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and 1,454 sq ft reverse living condo in Fairway Village. It has a well-equipped kitchen, cozy dining, and spacious living areas. Located on the north end of Sunriver, it has an amazing view of the Woodlands Golf Course. Fairway Village has its own swimming pool, tennis courts and the owners provide 4 adults bicycles (however, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime). The Village at Sunriver is three miles away, and both Bend and Mt. Bachelor are close enough for day trips.
LEVEL 1:
One bedroom hosts a Queen-sized bed with a 48’’ flat-screen TV giving you access to the private hot tub.
The second bedroom has a set of Bunk beds.
LEVEL 2:
The Master bedroom is upstairs with a Queen-sized bed and a private bath.
LIVING:
The Living room has a 66’’ flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace. Claim the comfy reclining chair, or sprawl out on the five-person sofa.
KITCHEN/DINNING:
It’s easy to cook while chatting with your group in the open kitchen, outfitted with light wood cabinetry and contemporary appliances. Enjoy a family dinner at the dining table that is great for 8.
Outside on the deck is the gas grill and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy food and the view.
PARKING:
The condo has parking space for up to three vehicles. There is also guest parking available in the Fairway Village.

We enjoyed the condo. Appreciated lots of towels in bathrooms and good bedding on all beds. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on it's cleanliness or functioning. Check in and out was easy. Kitchen had a good stock of utensils and baking materials (we did use quite a bit of it). Microwave and stove top were our only disappointments, microwave worked but made loud funny noises when running. Stove top control nobs breaking off. * Kids loved the reclining chairs in living room!
