Welcome to Fairway 3! Enjoy this updated and modern, air-conditioned Sunriver condo that truly feels like home. Nestled in the quiet north end, this inviting vacation getaway offers a perfect blend of comfort and mountain living. Whether you crave the serenity of the Oregon high desert or the thrill of outdoor adventure, this home is just for you!
A reverse living layout brings you upstairs for the main level. This space holds cozy couches, a gas fireplace, huge Smart TV (for streaming all of your favorite apps), perfect for socializing or gathering together to play a game or work on a jigsaw puzzle. The well-appointed kitchen features all of the cooking, serving, and eating utensils you'll need for any family feast. The adjacent dining area means your friends and family aren't too far away.
Beds and Baths: On the main level you'll find the primary ensuite bedroom with Smart TV and private bathroom. There is also a guest powder room on this level. Downstairs, bedroom one has a king bed with a access to the patio, and bedroom two has a queen over queen bunk bed. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and share a full bathroom.
The garage is available for parking or a game of foosball. If you're looking for a bit of outdoor fun, set-up the cornhole boards and toss the bags for some friendly competition.
When you are ready to get outside, there are 5 bikes available for your use, 3 adult and 2 children. With miles and miles of paved bike paths, you can cruise around to your heart's content.

The property was clean, comfortable and recently remodeled. The electronic door lock was easy once we could remember the combination. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dish ware. There is instant hot water at the kitchen sink, which was great for our morning tea. You may want to take your own hand soap for the kitchen and shampoo or body wash for the showers, because none was provided. There were only 4 wash cloths for bathing in a house that sleeps 8. There is no forced air heat/cooling downstairs, which is not mentioned in the description. There are electric heaters and fans that can be used downstairs. A swimming pool was available, but we did not use it.

This property is very well maintained and the communication with the company that manages it is vey good. Only item I would bring to people's attention is that there are hardly any items stocked in the kitchen so bring your own salt, spices, cooking oil, etc.

A little distance from the Village but very quiet, close to the North pool and Woodland golf course. Nice size condo for a family of 6 to 8.

The property was very clean, spacious and accommodating. Location is beautiful and convenient. There is no AC in this unit, and there was an unseasonable extreme heatwave when we visited so it was a bit uncomfortable at times but that is no fault of the property/owner. Just an FYI for future travelers.
A highlight of the experience was working with the property owner, the checkin/checkout was easy, communication was fast and friendly, instructions were clear and reasonable. It was a very no-stress transaction which I appreciate so much! I would definitely stay here, or at any of this owners properties again.
