This quaint cabin-like condo is the basecamp for all your adventures while in Sunriver. Whether taking a bike ride along Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved bike paths or heading up to Mt. Bachelor for a momentous day of skiing, you won’t be disappointed.

This 1282 sq. ft. condo has a well-stocked kitchen perfect for making those easy, away from home dinners. Enjoy a movie or stream your favorite show while cuddling up in front of the wood burning fireplace.

Downstairs, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed with a smart TV with cable. The master bath has a tub shower combo. Upstairs, are two bedrooms and the loft for added sleeping. Nice location, cabin was cozy. We would have appreciated enough silverware to accommodate the amount of people that can stay here. The beds and pillows could also use a major upgrade. Felt like we were sleeping straight on coils.

Sunriver is great this cabin not so great. This cabin is in desperate need of a facelift on the inside…When we got here it didn’t look like the rugs had been vacuumed… old shaggy rug that reminds me of the 70s. The kitchen had no exhaust fan when you were cooking. If you’re gonna pay money like we paid for this, you would expect more. Very dark on the inside, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. Sunriver, however, is fun with bicycle trails everywhere. We had a great trip otherwise.

This little cabin has everything you need for a great Sunriver stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. It does seem very dark inside even with all the curtains open. We were able to check in early so that was nice. Good location. We enjoyed our half hour walk to the village.

We love the Ranch Cabin and have rented several over the years. This cabin is in a great location, has nice furnishings in the living room, and has a newer deck that overlooks the trail. However, we wouldn’t rent this cabin again because the upstairs queen bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I ended up choosing to sleep in the loft trundle bed. The owners really need to upgrade the mattress. Also, be aware that the private Ranch Cabin pool is currently closed with no ETA for repair. This is the main reason we choose the Ranch Cabins so that was disappointing, although I appreciate that the property managers gave us a heads up. I’m general, the property managers were very responsive.

Back deck is rotten and about ready to break through..not very clean dirty floors, dirty bathroom, hair on furniture, cobwebs everywhere..Barbeque was filthy.. (Maintence did come right away and throughly cleaned it) Thank You..Bottom line is we have stayed here for years and love the location, but every year it's the same complaints.. If they would spend some money and update these items, it would be an excellent vacation home..

The cabin has a nice location for riding to all the fun activities in Sunriver. The kitchen is stocked well enough. There’s plenty of beds for more people. Sadly, between the 4 of us it was hard to find a semi comfortable bed. The beds really need updating. One time when I was sitting on the couch a flee jumped on my leg and then onto the couch. Unfortunately I was unable to kill the flee. We did not have a pet with us. Not sure I’ll book a pet friendly cabin next time. All in all, it was an ok cabin and good enough for the price. I’ll probably pay more next year and search for a place with more updated beds.

This cabin has a great location, quiet. Could use a little TLC and the deck really needs replaced but still clean and had everything we needed. Even without Air conditioning we were able to keep it cool with just the house fan. The bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for grandsons and us. I was so pleasantly surprised with Sharc passes and a small neighborhood pool. I would stay there again. Thank you.

We've stayed at several Ranch Cabins, and this might be our favorite. It's a the end of Ranch Cabin Rd, so no traffic. Perfect for young kids. We'd sit on the deck and watch families go by on the bike path (after riding the trails ourselves). The cabin had everything we needed for sleeping/lounging/cooking/cleaning. All appliances worked fine. We'd stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Was built in 1972 and there has not been any upgrades. The deck was falling apart (rot) in the back as you enter the sliding glass doors (felt like you would fall through). Pool is very nice but was only open for 3-4 hours a day. Anne was local pool person and she would open/close on her time and the hours were never consistent. Sunriver is one of our family's favorite destinations every year but we will avoid this location in the future.

The carpets and kitchen cabinets need replaced due to wear.

A cozy, but dated home away from home

We stayed for about a week with adult and teenage family members. Overall, I was content with the quality of the property. It certainly isn't the most updated, but has the basic amenities required to make it a home away from home. There was plenty of room as the second level helped spread people out. My only critiques are as follows: Cleanliness was lacking in some ways. There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom (I'm unsure if it was used to clean the bathroom prior to our arrival, or whether it was left-over from a previous guest). The other issue was with cleanliness behind the couches. We had one of our party drop their phone behind the couch and noticed some pipecleaners and other small pieces of trash that haven't been cleaned out. This is a very minor critique in comparison to the washcloth, noted above. I would say this cleanliness critique is especially pertinent given the relatively high cleaning fee. We had difficulty dialing in the temperature throughout the cabin. While people in the upstairs rooms (1 queen bed, 2 twins in one room, and loft bed) were comfortable, the downstairs master (1 queen) was often too hot or cold (depending on whether the master bedroom heat vent was open or closed). The living areas were always toasty, especially when there was a fire going - it just was difficult to find the sweet spot for the entire house when turning in for bed. There are blankets available to help those that are cold - however, I suggest bringing your own. A great place overall, conveniently located right on the walking trail with good internet speed, cable, a nice fireplace, and comfy couches for hanging out on with family.
