All bedrooms are upstairs, which can be accessed by two staircases, the grandest of which is the main focal point of the entry. The loft overlooks the living room and is an idyllic area for children to enjoy themselves with provided games, books, TV, and a marvelous antique dollhouse with all the tiny furnishings to inspire the imagination. Let them have a friend, or cousins, group sleepover with the three sleeper sofas and twin bed that reside there as well.

Bedroom 1:
The sizable primary bedroom suite hosts a delectable king bed with private access to the upper deck.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom houses a queen sized bed.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom has a twin bed along with a pyramid style bunk bed.

Kitchen/Dining:
Here is the kitchen you've been searching for with a chef's dream of available counter space, perfect for a buffet of delicious treats. The kitchen has direct access to not one, but two dining rooms adjoining each other; ideal for designating a kid's table versus adult table during holidays and family gatherings.

Garage: The garage is not accessible to guests.

Recreation Access: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes. With these passes, guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, and Disc Golf are all available to you with no extra cost!

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
