Updated Sunriver home, just a short bike ride to the Village and SHARC. 10 unlimited-use SHARC passes are included with our home! Air conditioning (rare for SR rentals) installed Spring 2019. Three-level, 1850 sq.ft. home where you can relax with your family on our quiet and conveniently located loop on the South side of Sunriver. Enjoy our open deck and patio area with private hot tub as you watch deer roam our backyard daily! New outdoor patio furniture with two tables and plenty of seating; two loungers as well! Easy access to bike paths, Sunriver Lodge, and the beautiful Deschutes River. Our home also features a living area with a large flat screen/DVR, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, a separate bonus room, ping pong & pool table! All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, and cable is provided throughout the house. If winter sports are your thing, our home is the perfect base camp for all your adventures with a convenient access to South Century Drive leading directly to Mt. Bachelor's amazing ski resort less than 30 minutes away! After a day of chilly outdoor activity, settle back in with our crackling wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm. And don't forget all the breweries and great shopping that Bend has to offer, only 20 minutes away!
Sunriver Resort is a luxury resort and residential community in central Oregon located 15 miles south of Bend. It boasts 300 days of sunshine and a climate ideal for a myriad of outdoor activities - both warm and cold weather. Enthusiasts enjoy endless outdoor recreation activities including over 40+ miles of paved walking & biking paths, golf, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking, kayaking, floating, stand-up paddle boarding, white water-rafting, skiing, rock climbing, disc golf, tubing, and ice skating (in the winter months).
