Description:
This FIVE Bedroom home has a stacked stone gas fireplace in the living room and a state-of-the-art 65" TV with a soundbar. The home has 5 TVs. The marble and wood accents throughout the Dining room and Kitchen give you the rustic, forest feel, that you want when you come to Sunriver to get away. But with all the updated amenities that you actually need to enjoy your home away from home. Out in the garage, you will find parking and 16 bikes that will get you out and about on the 40 miles of trails in Sunriver.
Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the large Primary Suite, which houses a King size bed with a full bath, Jacuzzi tub, and dual-head shower. There's a Flatscreen TV with cable and access out to the Hot Tub and paver patio.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and large Smart TV.
Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom houses a Queen size bed.
Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom is a second Primary and features a King Bed plus attached private En Suite.
Bedroom 5:
The fifth Bedroom is accessed via Bedroom 4 or from Outside via the Paver Patio. There are 4 Queen Beds, Bunk style, a Clik-Clak style futon, and large Smart TV making this a phenomenal hangout room. There's an XBOX 360 (Bring your own games) or you can bring your own system and used the provided HDMI cord.
This home has a total of 10 Beds - (1) The King in the Primary Suite, (2) the Pyramid Bunk, (3) The Queen, (4) the King in the second Primary bedroom, (5-8) 4 Queen beds plus (9) the futon in the Hangout/Bunk Room. Deschutes County code requires us to let you know that homes are only allowed 2 persons per bedroom, plus 2 extra.
EV Charging: There is an EV plug at the home; please bring your own charging cord and any adapter.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
