About this villa rental
Quiet villa between Montpellier and Sète. Terrace of 30 m², view on the scrubland, 600m² garden.
Hiring 7 to 13 nights, arrival essential on 20 or 21/07 to start the hiring.
departure on August 2nd at the latest.
15 minutes from the beaches or Montpellier, 30 minutes from the gorges of the Hérault and St Guilhem le Désert. Indoor swimming pool and supermarket + small shops within 2km.
ACCOMMODATION: 6-8 people (ideal for 2 adults 2 to 4 children for example) 120 m². Inside: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140 cm + 2 beds 90 cm + 2 beds 90 cm extra possible) + cot if needed - 2 bathrooms (1 bath + 1 shower) - 2 separate WC. Living room 40m², fully equipped kitchen. WIRELESS. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Board games, babyfoot / billiards (child / teen size) and ping-pong table.
Terrace and garden accessible in their entirety, not of opposite. Barbecue, plancha, football boxes, table football, petanque balls. Beach accessories and 2 bicycles + 2 scooters available.
One of the rooms can be a game room / office or be converted into an additional room with an inflatable mattress to bring according to your needs (to go from 6 to 8 beds).
AREA
The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. Neighbors are friendly and discreet.
A good bakery and the village's grocery store are a 15-minute walk from the house in the center. A pizzeria offers quality products on site or to deliver. The grocery store / primeur also offers sushi and roast chicken on order.
Car essential or highly recommended. Buses however allow to reach Montpellier in 20-30 minutes (frequency: some buses in the day). No direct public transportation to go to the beach. The nearest bus stop is 200m from the house.
MODALITIES OF HOSTING AND STAY
Reception on arrival on Saturday 20 or Sunday 21 July. Departure assured by a member of our family for the inventory. The complete cleaning of the villa must be done at the end of the stay.
IMPORTANT: Non smoking house, no pets allowed. This accommodation is particularly suitable for families. Service to be provided on the spot: some plants to water + the goldfish of the external basin to feed 2x / week.
Out of respect for the calm of the neighborhood, we do not wish to welcome a group of people who would plan festive and noisy evenings. There is of course no problem to enjoy the terrace in the evening with a background music and a good meal, it is the decibel level that makes all the difference :-)

Liebe Maryline, lieber Marius, liebe Kinder,
auch dieses Jahr hatten wir das Vergnügen, in Eurem wunderschönen Haus die schönsten Tage des ganzen Jahres zu verbringen! Es war wie immer traumhaft schön!
Erstmals war das Wetter ungewohnt durchwachsen, aber dennoch warm. Dadurch hatten wir jedoch die Gelegenheit, das Hinterland der Region ein bisschen besser kennenzulernen.
Wir waren überrascht, das es auch hier noch so viele tolle Dinge zu entdecken gibt.
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!
Wir danken Euch für die tollen Geschenke und hoffen, vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr wieder zu Euch kommen zu können.

herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in Eurem Haus!
Danke auch für den lieben Empfang, die tollen Geschenke und Eure Herzlichkeit!
Es war für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern das ideale Haus: sehr sauber, tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht (und noch viel mehr!), ansprechende, gemütliche Einrichtung, viel Spielzeug für die Kinder, sehr schöner Garten mit grossem Pool, die Pflege des Gartens war für uns toll, weil man direkt ernten konnte (Tomaten, Weintrauben, Kräuter, Zitronengras, Erdbeeren usw.), ruhige Lage, zurückhaltende Nachbarn.
Die Verständigung war super. Maryline spricht gut Deutsch, wir haben etwas Französisch verstanden, so dass es hier ebenfalls keine Probleme gab. Die Region ist super schön, die Nähe zum Meer ideal. Man ist aber auch schnell in Städten wie Montpellier (sehr zu empfehlen), Nîmes (ein Muss), Sête (sehr zu empfehlen) usw. Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in dieser Gegend und kommen gerne wieder.

Il est des endroits où l'on se sent bien dès les premières minutes. C'est le cas de la maison de Marilyne et Marius, spacieuse et lumineuse où règnent calme et sérénité. Leur accueil a été des plus chaleureux et ce fut un très grand plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires de cette jolie maison.
La terrasse est propice au repos et à la lecture. Le jardin est adapté à des loisirs plus ludiques.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.
