The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but also within a 5 minute drive to local bars on the waterside. Sete itself is a 10 minute run in the car. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the kitchen is very well equipped. The above ground pool was very warm (but it was the heatwave fortnight with 36 degrees every day)! The hosts were very accommodating and very friendly.
The only issue with the house was the very hot weather, 36 degrees plus every day and the air conditioning is only on the ground floor. We ended up buying a second hand air con unit locally for upstairs.

La gentillesse des propriétaires, l'emplacement, le parking pour les voitures, la piscine, bien sûr et l'espace dans la maison.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait et il a fallu tout nettoyer avant de s'installer.
