Located 2 kilometers from the village of Fabrègues, minutes from Montpellier, the residence Domaine du Golf *** consists of several islands of individual villas scattered on a landscaped park of 11 hectares in the heart of a vineyard and the edge golf. It offers a peaceful green for the holidays. Between sea, countryside and city, it represents the ideal base to discover the Languedoc-Roussillon region, authentic and wild.
Your home is in an area composed of 218 Southern-style houses, the house 2 parts mezzanine 2/4 people (32 m²) at the Villa 4 rooms 6/8 people (80 m²), fully equipped with fitted kitchen, living room with TV and international channels, wifi in homes, 1-2 bathrooms (and / or shower). All houses have a terrace with access to green spaces.
Footpaths through the area and allow to join houses safely, ensuring the safety of your children.
Your house is 80 square meters and consists of: ground floor, a kitchen area with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, hob (4 rings), a lounge with TV (international channels) and a sofa -bed 2, a master suite with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and shower room, terrace with garden furniture and private jacuzzi (surcharge), separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), a room with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.
You can enjoy our leisure facilities, swimming pool of 550 sqm in the heart of the area with paddling with beach, the air-conditioned gym, our animations during the school summer holidays (theme parties, sports events, club children ...), a children's playground and recreational facilities (petanque, ping-pong tables) no extra charge.
For a gourmet or refreshing break, our snack is available all day in July and August. Guests can also pick up your orders breads and pastries in the morning.
Finally, immediate access without taking your vehicle, the field has a restaurant, spa and a golf course 6 holes. Our partners will welcome you with a smile.
A fenced and guarded parking will allow you to park your car safely at the entrance area.
The residence is a pedestrian, carts are available to transport your luggage to your villa.
For golf lovers, enjoy the many activities offered by our partner. Golf Fabrègues offers perfectly maintained 6 hole course and many activities.
During your stay, discover Montpellier, rich Mediterranean city of 1000 years of history: its medieval streets, the Place de la Comedie, emblem of the city ... I enjoyed the area and having access to a pool. It’s a vacation community and quiet and private, which is nice. There are some downsides though for someone who wants to stay for extended periods of time.Not being able to park anywhere near the house is a problem when you are living there and regularly have groceries and taking the trash out all the way to the reception area. The community itself allows no vehicles. All though there was an air conditioning unit it did not work. to be fair, I never asked the host about it, because I was staying there through some of France’s crazy heatwaves and not one unit in the community had an air conditioner running. I assumed it meant none of the units had functioning air conditioning units. So I suggest asking the host about this directly before booking. This perhaps could have been remedied if I spoke up. The kitchen tools, utensils, knives are very cheap quality. So though the kitchen is perfect for a weekend or week away, it isn’t ideal for long term use. You will end up buying a lot of your own kitchen tools. Overall it was a nice place and I enjoyed my day to day living there.
