The quiet first floor houses two additional bedrooms that comfortably accommodate guests: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds. A second full bathroom fitted with a relaxing bathtub, washbasin, and toilet is located on this level. Extra sleeping space for two is available on the double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room, and a crib can be added for an infant.
