About this house rental
Located 2 kilometers from the village of Fabrègues, just a few minutes from Montpellier, the Domaine du Golf *** resort consists of several clusters of detached villas scattered throughout an 11-hectare landscaped park, in the heart of a vineyard and on the edge of a golf course. It offers a peaceful and lush setting for your vacation. Nestled between the sea, the countryside, and the city, it is the ideal place to stay while exploring the authentic and unspoiled Languedoc-Roussillon region.
Your home is located on an estate comprising 218 southern-style homes, ranging from a 1-room house with a mezzanine for 2–4 people (32 m²) to a 4-room villa for 6–8 people (80 m²), all fully equipped: a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with TV and international channels, Wi-Fi in the homes, and 1 to 2 bathrooms (and/or showers). All homes open onto a terrace with access to the green spaces.
Walking trails crisscross the estate, allowing you to reach the homes in complete tranquility and ensuring the safety of your children.
Your house is 80 m² and consists of: on the first floor (air-conditioned), a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a 4-burner stovetop, a living room with a TV (international channels) and a double sofa bed, a master suite with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a shower room, a terrace with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub (additional fee), and a separate restroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with one double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a bathroom with a toilet.
You can enjoy our recreational facilities, including a 550 m² swimming pool in the heart of the resort with a wading pool and a landscaped pool area, an air-conditioned fitness center, and our activities during summer school breaks (theme nights, sports activities, kids’ club…), a children’s playground, and recreational facilities (pétanque court, ping-pong tables)—all at no extra charge.
For a quick snack or a refreshing drink, our snack bar is open all day in July and August. You can also pick up your bread and pastries there early in the morning.
Finally, just steps away—no need to take your car—the resort features a restaurant, a spa, and a 6-hole golf course. Our partners will welcome you with a smile.
A fenced and monitored parking lot allows you to park your vehicle safely at the entrance to the estate.
Since the residence is entirely pedestrian-only, carts are available to transport your luggage to your villa.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the many activities offered by our partner. The Fabrègues Golf Course features a perfectly maintained 6-hole course and a variety of activities.
During your stay, explore Montpellier, a Mediterranean city with 1,000 years of history: its medieval alleyways, the Place de la Comédie, the city’s iconic square... Escape to the Camargue to discover its rich flora and fauna. Enjoy a platter of oysters in Bouzigues or an ice cream at one of the many nearby seaside resorts. Take in the long, endless stretches of white-sand beaches.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was great, the restaurant food was amazing and all the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. It was in easy reach of Montpellier which is beautiful and the beaches at la grande motte. The only down side was that when we went there was a lot of mosquitoes around so windows and doors had to be kept closed and the air conditioning which was great in the living room did absolute nothing for the upstairs bedrooms which were very very hot! Maybe earlier or later in the year would be better (we went early august). Other than that well equipped apart from a lack of spoons and knives & a great place to stay
