About this house rental
In a green setting, our house offers a relaxing and relaxing stay for the whole family. You will be lulled by the song of the cicadas, the birds and our three chickens. The city center is 15 minutes walk, the St Roch train station is 10 minutes away, the beaches are 20 minutes away by car. Bakery, butcher, wine shop, café, newspapers, florist, and grocery store within a 10-minute walk.
Everything is there for a relaxing holiday!
We are delighted to welcome you to our home and hope that you will spend your best stay there both quiet and close to all your activities.
You will have a living area of 150 m2 and a garden of 400 m2.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a free parking space (two if small cars).
The house is of the ideal size and configuration to accommodate two families: four adults and four children.
Two adults will have the master bedroom upstairs, with a 160 bed.
Two adults will be able to stay in the bedroom/TV room on the first floor with a 140 bed.
For children, a bedroom with two high beds as well as the possibility of adding a mattress on the floor in 140.
Baby mattress available, please let us know.
Possibility to take advantage of the sofa bed in the living room on the first floor.
You can pick from the children's games, their many books as well as various board games.
You will be ideally located in a very quiet residential area where the passage of cars is almost absent. The St. Roch train station is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the Place Carnot for shopping (greengrocer, bakery, pharmacy, Carrefour city, bike rental). For your grills (charcoal barbecue on wheels available) the butcher is only 5 minutes away! City center 15-20 minutes walk, beaches of Carnon and Palavas 20 minutes by car.
Possibility to rent 4 adult bikes and three children's bikes (16, 20 and 34 inches), baby seat.
The house has air conditioning upstairs. The first floor is always cool, as the house has thermal insulation from the outside. In case of hot weather, make sure to close the windows in the hottest hours and to ventilate in the evening and morning.
The accommodation:
The spacious entrance has a bench with storage for shoes and a cupboard for your jackets and beach gear.
The large kitchen - living room is open to the garden. You will have everything you need to prepare your small dishes. The kitchen is gas. We do not have a microwave.
Possibility to have a baby chair on request.
You will have a completely uncluttered living room with a stereo system for your games, yoga sessions (mats, bricks and straps available) or other!
Several terraces available.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed.
