La ubicación tan cercana del centro y el silencio por la noche. Se agradece también la amabilidad, eficacia y rapidez del casero a la hora de responder a los mensajes.
Algo caluroso en verano. Con el ventilador y las ventanas abiertas se dormía relativamente bien, pero un aparato de aire acondicionado aunque fuese en el salón habría sido fantástico. El único problema que tuvimos fue a la hora de reunirnos a hablar en el salón por la noche, porque si dejábamos las ventanas abiertas, molestábamos a los vecinos, y si las cerrábamos nos moríamos de calor...

Muy cómodo apartamento y limpio. Tram a media cuadra y parking también. No faltaba nada en el apartamento. Predispuestos en la atención. Lo recomiendo!!!
