About this villa rental
Air-conditioned villa of 135 m2 comprising 5 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed 140x200), 1 shower room on the first floor, 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 separate toilets, a living space: kitchen, dining room and living room of 40 m2
Outside, you have a swimming pool of 4m x 7.5m equipped with a security shutter, as well as a pool house with a barbecue and sink with hot water, table with 8 chairs
Upstairs, you can enjoy a wooden terrace of 24 m2 equipped with an outdoor lounge for 4 people and a small table with 4 chairs. A pleasant space to have an aperitif while enjoying the view and its beautiful sunset.
150m down the same street, a playground for young and old: slide, turnstile, swings, petanque court, city stadium, fitness trail.
You will be close to the beaches, the straw huts (Carré Mer) and the quality restaurants in the village (Le Petit Troc, La Chapelle, ....).
The cycle paths will allow you to take magnificent walks to the sea via the pond area, thanks to Velomagg plage and line 32 of the Montpellier agglomeration transport network (TAM).
