Beachfront Villa with a Jacuzzi

Welcome to this beautiful modern villa near the beaches in a very quiet setting.
In the picturesque village of Maguelone, just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and a supermarket…
I hope this sunny home will be a little haven of peace for you.
The airport, train stations, and downtown areas of Montpellier and Frontignan are all less than 20 minutes away. For those without a car, there’s the regional train, buses, and bicycles.
The Accommodation
The house is laid out as follows:

On the first floor:

- A large, bright living room with a sofa area (sofa bed) and a TV with a streaming box, as well as an open-concept kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave).
- A back patio with a table and 8 chairs for dining in the shade, and a barbecue with utensils.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 sink, and 1 toilet.
- A garage that can accommodate 1 car.
- An outdoor area of 100 m² featuring patio furniture on a terrace, a lawn, and a gravel area.
- You can park up to 3 cars.

Upstairs:

- A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, one toilet, and a washing machine

LINENS AND BASIC AMENITIES

Upon arrival, you will find linens and basic amenities in the apartment.

Regarding linens:

- Beds will be made according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation
- 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth per person per stay (if you’d like more, please bring your own)
- 2 kitchen towels, 1 bath mat for each bathroom

Regarding basic supplies:

- toilet paper
- dish soap & sponge
- a few tea bags, coffee, and sugar are provided to get you started
- dishwasher tablets
- a few cleaning supplies
- a few laundry detergent tablets

The first floor has reversible air conditioning, and all bedrooms have heating.
All windows and picture windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Tenants are provided with only one set of keys for their stay; it is not possible to receive additional sets.
- The house is non-smoking
- We do not accept minors unaccompanied by their parents.
- A crib, a high chair, a baby bathtub, and children’s cutlery are available on site.
Guest Access
The villa is very easy to reach by car: take Exit 31 off the A9, then follow the D612.

Regarding public transportation, the bus stop for Route 32 (Pont de Villeneuve) is a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the tram in 10 minutes.

The villa is not located in the center of Villeneuve-les-Maguelone; you’ll need a car or a bike to get there in 5 minutes.
Distance to the beaches: Palavas-Les Flôts (7 km, 7 min), Villeneuve-les-Maguelone (5 km, 5 min), Les Aresquiers (9 km, 10 min).

Ideally located between Montpellier (7 km, 15 min by car) and Frontignan (14 km, 20 min)

The villa is located in a truly special and peaceful setting! It’s very quiet here! I ask that you respect the surroundings and keep the noise down out of consideration for my neighbors, with whom I have a good relationship!
